In fact on all Artillery albums the drums end to fade out in my listening mind. But thats not to say they suck, because they always are keeping pace and thrashing like the rest of the album. The lyrics here are actually pretty awesome.

Worse still, it took more than years before the Kingdom of Denmark had a powerful artillery. Well, its gunners were obviously born too late and they were not really martial. But this kind of artillery definitely shook the European thrash scene in a sustainable way.
  8. Fenrizshura says:
Artillery is a Danish thrash metal band. They participated in the early development of the genre, and their highly energetic, riff-centric and often fast-paced music is similar in style to that of Slayer and Megadeth from the same era. The band formed in in Taastrup, a suburban town near Copenhagen.
  9. Mazshura says:
Artillery produced classic solid thrash metal in the mid 80s. Riffs are well produced, vocals are average but it is altogether good thrash metal. You certainly miss today bands like them, but I would not rate it as high as Kreator, Exodus, Sodom, Destruction, Slayer and all those other bands who had that extra bit that divides good from /5.
  10. Bacage says:
Artillery are a Danish thrash metal band.
